How to Diet: Low Carb Days
It’s easy to write a shopping list of healthy foods you should be eating. But it’s a challenge to implement good eating guidelines into your busy life. The question is not ‘what to eat’ in a healthy diet, but ‘how to diet‘?
One nutritional tip that I recommend is to try restricting carbohydrates a few days every week. I suggest treating yourself to your favourite carbs – pasta, rice, bread, potatoes and cereals – only on days that you exercise. This good dietary behaviour will reduce the weekly calories you consume and maximise your training results.
