Energy Boosting workouts for 40+

As a London personal trainer, running a business, my forties are turning out to be busier than my thirties. Many clients of a similar age are finding themselves with hectic family, work and life commitments.

At Muddy Plimsolls, we use bodyweight exercise as an energy boost for busy lifestyles. Exercise stimulates endorphins that re-energise and boost your mood, alleviating stress and tiredness. We combine short bursts of cardio, followed by upper and lower body movements, coupled with timed rest periods between exercises. This clever combination of bodyweight-based exercises ensures our clients exercise at a level that doesn’t exhaust them, leaving them with more energy at the end of the session than they had at the beginning.
