We’ve seen an increase in parents-to-be adopting more healthy lives as part of their plan to get pregnant. Taking up exercise to help them get pregnant, or stay strong and free of aches and pains. Finally, when you have your new arrival, we offer effective postnatal training outdoors where you can bring the pram along so that baby can get a dose of fresh air.
All of our Pre and Post Natal Exercise programmes are backed by our VRQ Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre and Post Natal Clients. In addition, we continue to develop our training plans with reference to NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) and NHS recommendations. We also like to keep our ear to the ground by participating in online communities, like Mumsnet.
