Clarify your goals to get in shape
To help you keep your New Year resolutions to get in shape, I suggest taking time to consider your goals. What would you like to achieve by exercising? What do you anticipate will be your biggest challenge to starting a fitness programme?
At Muddy Plimsolls London personal training, a new client has the opportunity to tell us about their goals on our unique Online Fitness Assessment. She/he has a chance to consider: “Do you have a specific goal in mind to motivate you?” (i.e. dropping a dress size, achieving an ideal weight, training for a charity run); “Do you have a deadline to focus on?” (i.e. family wedding, school reunion, birthday celebration).
By clarifying your goals, you have the perfect base from which to develop a realistic plan that you can follow.
