Combining many exercise disciplines – from cardiovascular conditioning (sprints, jogging, interval running, hill running) to classic strength training (standing rows, core exercises, lunging, step-ups, press-ups) – we keep you moving throughout each session, ensuring you burn the maximum amount of calories.

You’ll burn fat by covering challenging terrain, like Primrose Hill, which is especially tough in windy weather. You’ll learn power training with plyometrics, jumping and leaping to engage the legs and core muscles. You’ll experience a natural full-body workout, testing every muscle imaginable, towards weight loss results good enough to knock your socks off.
