On the Muddy Plimsolls Training System, you’ll not be subjected to a bland, restrictive diet. Instead, we’ll provide down-to-earth, realistic advice, based on the experience of our clients’ lifestyles and personalities.

We’ll advise how to maintain your energy levels with the right kind of carbs. We’ll recommend that you to eat vegetables and restrict carbohydrates, but allow occasional treats. We’ll help you adopt good habits, like preparing home-cooked dishes, including lunchboxes, in your own kitchen. We’ll give you tips on making better choices when dining out. And overall, we’ll encourage you to make the right dietary decisions to maximise your training results.
