Regent’s Park: Best for Exercising in Privacy

There’s a sense of privacy about exercising in Regent’s Park. It’s an open space where you can throw down a mat and go through a strength and core workout, without attracting an audience. Everyone else is local and too busy going about their own business, to notice you looking sweaty or touching your toes.
