Beat the winter blues by getting outside

Catching the sunrise during a morning workout session is an amazing start to the day. A number of Muddy Plimsolls’ early morning clients prefer working out outside, as they feel they get much more sun throughout the week.  One client tells us:

Catching some winter rays helps fight the winter blues. Towards the end of this month, sunrise will be at 7:40am – which is plenty of time to work out, have a shower and make it to the office. As an outdoor fitness trainer, I find exercising outdoors a valuable tool in keeping your spirits up during the winter season.
