Working with a personal trainer can be a daunting prospect.
That’s why our Initial Assessment Session is designed to be a challenging but fun introduction to what the Muddy Plimsolls can do for you.
Meeting your trainer at one of our convenient outdoor locations, you’ll start the 75-minute session off with a warm-up. Then there’ll be a little cardio and a full range of flexibility and bodyweight strength tests.
Based on the outcomes of these tests, the rest of your session will involve a series of fun and challenging exercises around the park. This part of your session is designed to get your heart rate up, stretch your abilities and leave you feeling that you have successfully pushed your limits.
Your session includes:
- A physical assessment involving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
- A take-home set of recommendations on exercise and diet from an expert trainer
