At Muddy Plimsolls, we focus on learning strict exercise technique to master tough exercises like pull ups, push ups, squats, lunges, shoulder presses and static core exercises. And our high-tensile resistance bands speed up results in both relative and absolute strength, dramatically developing your athletic ability to perform standing rows, rope pulls and torso twists.
Along with some specially selected stretches that keep the body performing optimally, we aim to create an athletic, relaxed physique free from stiffness or too much bulk.
