Muddy Plimsolls teaches a system of exercise for clients 40+ to improve strength, boost mental wellbeing and combat middle-aged spread.

You’ll learn, master and repeat calisthenic exercises that exercise the whole body. Working each joint through a full range of movement and moving quickly from one exercise to the next, clients of all ages experience a rapid improvement in fitness.

Our exercise system was created by personal trainer Jason Doggett – when he entered his 40s – as a natural approach to keeping the body strong, energetic and pain free.
