Tone and sculpt your body, without bulking-up.

A key ingredient for toned, arms, legs and tummy, is a workout that challenges your muscles without the threat of ‘bulking’ up. We have found great results through applying classic strength training techniques, combined with more ‘alternative’ exercises – ones that stretch the muscles in ways that are more familiar, similar to a yoga studio or pilates class. You’ll work on your balance and flexibility, in tandem with efficient and controlled movements. For that final, all-round athletic appearance, we also include challenging circuit drills that really burn fat.
