Life can throw some weighty responsibilities at us in our forties, fifties and beyond. You may find yourself with a growing family, work commitments, slowing metabolism, weight gain, and/or menopause. During these life changes, exercise can result in significant improvements to your everyday health: lower blood pressure, improved body strength, better flexibility, balance & co-ordination, and stress relief. Regular exercise can slow or even reverse some of the effects of aging that were once thought to be inevitable.
Our Fitness Coach, aged 42, has worked with men and women of all ages. He’s created the Muddy Plimsolls Training System as a lifelong exercise regime, designed to combat middle-aged spread and boost mental well-being.
