Our boxing training workouts are a lot of fun, like all our workouts.
Many people find that this type of training is a particularly great stress reliever – especially when you get the gloves on and start whacking our jab pads! This is the main reason people from so many different walks of life and fitness levels, get so much pleasure from boxing training.
Muddy Plimsolls gives you a more complete experience of boxing training. We add other classic boxing-style training, including jump rope / skipping – and an extremely effective combination of core exercises.
