Preparing you for your fitness journey

Choosing to start personal fitness training is for many, a big decision. The Muddy Plimsolls Training System is set up to walk you through the entire process.

Our office will help you get started. We’ll create a flexible Training Schedule for you, based on your availability and preferences. We’ll prepare you for your first session with all the relevant details (ie: meeting place, trainer’s mobile number, what to wear, etc). You can tell us about yourself on our unique Online Fitness Assessment, which your trainer will review, before planning your first session.

This extent of preliminary care and attentiveness, is one distinction of our service. You’re not asked to ‘rock up’ in the park, unprepared for whom/where/what to expect. Instead, even as a beginner, you’ll feel sure-footed and welcome, meeting your trainer for the first time.
