Three times a week Training – the Max Plan (12 sessions in 4 weeks)

Ramp up your results in super-quick time by training intensively!

If you’ve got a big event on the horizon, or if you’re keen to see significant changes to your body shape in a short period of time, then training three times a week will do the trick. You’ll experience an intensive spate of fitness training and unparalleled results. We’ll commit to your goals, whether they’re fitting into your wedding dress, or looking trim in time for a school reunion.

At this intensive level, you’ll require a complex split programme, created for you personally by your London personal trainer.  Training three times a week, we’ll split your sessions to follow an ‘A-B-A’ pattern.

For example, your 1st session of the week would follow the ‘A’ programme; your 2nd second session the ‘B’ programme; and for your 3rd session of the week, we’d return to the ‘A’ programme.  A few popular split programmes that we use are:

  • an ‘upper-body/lower-body’ split
  • a ‘push/pull’ split
  • a ‘strength/endurance’ split

Training three times a week can seem a little daunting to newbies!  However, I promise that Muddy Plimsolls will expertly manage your weight loss workout plan and keep you on track, headed towards achieving what you want.
